About Bo

Bo is a fitness professional from Chambersburg, PA and has a B.S. in Kinesiology from the Pennsylvania State University. He is also certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. When it comes to exercise, Bo participates in everything from Olympic lifting to endurance running. Bo's main passion is helping people push themselves to new levels of fitness and helping people achieve a greater quality of life.
